| Description: Stretch and strengthen those sore and achy muscles that come with the first few months of being a new parent. In this class we will cover basic movement patterns for parent and baby and retrain the body as it gets back into exercising. Each class will focus on a specific movement and exercises to strengthen that movement, with take home exercises and stretches. We will end every class with a gentle stretch for parent and baby. This class is meant for those with babies not yet crawling and walking!
