Rob Dawson


A serial entrepreneur, Rob has successfully founded or acquired, scaled and operated several multi-million dollar companies across Software as a Service (SaaS), technology and commercial real estate while driving results that matter. Philanthropically-minded, Rob strives to grow businesses with impact, disrupting industries with superb innovation and embedding a tried and true proprietary entrepreneurial process. Rob serves as Board Director at Bluewater Gymnastics Club in Sarnia, Ontario. Rob holds a “Masters of Science in Sports Administration” degree from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY) and a “Bachelors of Sport Management” from Brock University (St. Catharines, ON).

Stefanie Turnbull

Stefanie works as a print and digital Media Sales Consultant with Postmedia Network Inc.

Stefanie graduated with Honours in the 2 Year Marketing Program at Lambton College and with Honours from the Sports Facilities and Recreation Administration Program at Lambton College.


Colin Winklmeier


Colin works as a Project Manager with Worley.  Colin graduated from the University of Alberta with a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Amanda Turner


Amanda is born and raised in beautiful Sarnia. She is the parent of a competitive gymnast.

Amanda has an Advanced Accounting Diploma from St. Lawrence College and holds the position as the Property Tax Administrator for the City of Sarnia.

Her knowledge and years of experience in the Municipal world will be a valuable asset to the Club.

David Orr

Board Member

David comes from an automotive retail background. He is a third generation Dealership owner and operator along side his Brother, Father and Uncle. Their store has been serving Sarnia-Lambton for over forty-five years.


Seanna Pickard

Board Member

Seanna is a local Director of Human Resources that graduated from Brescia at Western University. With 20 years of experience in a wide variety of sectors and serving on other non profit boards she is also a parent of a BWG competitive athlete.


Shelley Vansevenant

Board Member

I started my nursing career in long term care with the Steeves and Rozema Long Term Care Division over 16years ago after graduating from the Lambton College Practical Nursing program. I currently manage a Long-Term Care Home.  My daughter is part of the competitive program and seeing her drive and commitment to the sport makes joining the board an absolute pleasure!
